The NESE is grateful and forever indebted to the incredible work of our founder Dr. Virginia Gene Rittenhouse. Setting a precedence for the impact musical education has on young people aspiring to be professionals in all kinds of fields has taught us that we must promote and create great opportunities that shape people into the kind of human beings that build a better world.
